On 5th December, 2023, the third general meeting of the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance was held in Guangzhou, where the new council of the Alliance was elected. By the vote of the representatives of the alliance members, Huayou was elected as the "Council Members of Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance".

The Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance is China's first non-profit co-operative organisation founded by enterprises with the goal of fighting fraud. To date, the Alliance has more than 1,200 members, including 30 of the world's top 500 companies, 120 of the country's top 500 companies and 50% of listed companies.

Since joining the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance in March 2022, Huayou has actively participated in the activities organised by the Anti-Fraud Alliance, and has continued to deepen its exploration of corporate integrity and compliance by "going out" and "bringing in" advanced experiences.

Under the leadership of the Chairman, Huayou always adheres to the attitude of "zero-tolerance for fraud" and strengthens integrity education to prevent employees from fraudulent and illegal behaviour. Huayou has steadily improved its anti-bribery mechanism, increased penalties, strengthened the deterrent effect, and provided full coverage of integrity education.

As we bid farewell to the year 2023 and welcome the year 2024, the election of Huayou as the "Council Members of Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance" is an honour, but also a trust, encouragement and expectation!

In the future, Huayou will ratchet up efforts to promote anti-fraud work without forgetting its original intention, and make concerted efforts to create a fair and just working and business environment.
