At the symposium, Zhang Jiangbo, Director of Huayou's Legal Department, and Xi Hong, General Manager of the Audit and Supervision Center, presented the company's compliance governance framework and anti-corruption initiatives, demonstrating Huayou's steadfast commitment to internal control excellence.

Professor Bian Jianlin, Honorary President of the Chinese Criminal Procedure Law Research Association and Honorary Dean of the Procedural Law Research Institute at China University of Political Science and Law, provided academic perspectives on corporate compliance challenges, criminal case handling, and loss recovery strategies aligned with national regulatory policies.

Xi Hong initiated in-depth discussions with scholars regarding practical difficulties in enterprise disciplinary inspection mechanisms, prompting interdisciplinary dialogue.

Experts including Wang Jianqin, Deputy Director of the Party Regulations Research Center at China University of Political Science and Law, and Shi Xianping, Academic Dean of the School of Humanities and Law at Jiaxing University, focused on theoretical research about private enterprise supervision systems. They emphasized the imperative to integrate academic rigor with corporate practice in addressing critical issues such as prevention of job-related crimes and overseas employee misconduct.

This exchange established a robust collaboration framework between academia and industry.
