The Party Service Centre of Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park was awarded as the Provincial Model Regional Party Service Centre for Two New Organisations in 2023.

The Party Service Centre of Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park has a functional layout of "1+N", with the Party Exhibition Hall as the main line, equipped with the exhibition hall of entrepreneurial development history, the staff bookstore, the red education centre, the news broadcasting room, and the "two representatives and one committee member" studio, which is a combination of education and propaganda, reception, meeting and training, culture and health care.

Walking into the Party Centre, the words "Rooted in China, Befriends Worldwide" come into view, which is an exhibition of the achievements of party building work in Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park and a miniature of Huayou's pioneering career, depicting the entrepreneurial story of Huayou, a small boat that set sail from Yongxing River, and grew up to be a giant ship that fought against the Pacific Ocean after baptism by the Congo River, sailing on Qujiang River, and entering the sea by Nanliujiang River.
