On 25 July, the induction ceremony for the 2024 Graguates with the theme of "integration, struggle and growth" was held in Huayou Quzhou Industrial Park.

"Now, you are here, and from tomorrow, you will go to work in product research and development, technology research, production and operation, and start your career in Huayou. You have transformed yourselves from a student into Huayou people, and I am full of confidence in your future." Chen Xuehua, Chairman of the Group, expressed his sincere welcome to graguates who were about to go to their workplaces, his blessing for the official launch of their careers, and his gratitude for the trust of handing over their youth and dreams to Huayou Cobalt in his speech.

After introducing to graguates the remarkable achievements made by Huayou over the past twenty years, its pivotal industry status and the broad development prospects of new energy lithium, Chairman Chen gave great encouragement and expectations to the 2024 Graguates who will be going to the sea and abroad for their growth and success:

Be a trustworthy person. Be trustworthy and respectable in the eyes of colleagues, friends and partners by being honest, responsible and grateful. Huayou wants to be a company worthy of the trust of customers, suppliers and the community, and to be a respected company.

The culture of Huayou is the culture of struggle, the spirit of "Constantly Strive to Become Stronger and Pursue Excellence" is the source of motivation for Huayou's enterprise. Today's Huayou is the result of Huayou people's struggle. Huayou has become what it is now, and my persistence has been proved to be correct and my struggle has been proved to be meaningful. You are the youth of the new era, you should have the heart of perseverance and the will of struggle, and you will not regret the life you have struggled for.
