On January 7, Tongxiang Deputy Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Mayor Wang Jian visited Huayou headquarters to extend festive greetings and New Year wishes to Group Chairman Chen Xuehua, President Chen Hongliang, Senior Vice President Fang Qixue, and Rosendo Valero Montero, Director Engineer of Material Computing of the Headquarters Research Institute. President Chen Hongliang warmly received the delegation.
During the visit, Mayor Wang Jian inquired about the company's development and talent living conditions. He emphasized that Tongxiang has always prioritized talent development, continuously optimized the talent ecosystem, and actively addressed challenges to provide the strongest support for innovation and entrepreneurship. He expressed hope that high-level talents would leverage their expertise to deepen technical research, integrate innovation resources, and enhance core competitiveness. Meanwhile, the municipal government will strengthen service guarantees, build talent development platforms, and collaboratively foster a stronger "city identity" among talents with enterprises.
