On August 1, to commemorate its 10th anniversary, Chengdu B&M held a technology launch and strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony. Chen Yaozhong, Senior Vice President of Huayou Cobalt, President of the New Energy Industry Group, and Chairman of Bamo Technology, joined relevant government officials from Chengdu, Aba Prefecture, and Jintang County, as well as Dai Jianyong, Deputy Governor and Party Committee Member of China Construction Bank Sichuan Branch, and Qian Xiaoping, Vice President of Huayou Cobalt, in attending the event.

Chen Yaozhong warmly welcomed leaders, experts, guests, and industry partners from all sectors, expressing heartfelt gratitude for their support. He delivered a keynote report titled "Striving for Excellence, Forging Ahead: Contributing to Industrial Growth through High-Quality Development."

Lithium battery materials, as "technology-driven commodities," possess dual attributes: technology-driven and resource-based. The technology aspect demands product leadership, while the resource aspect necessitates cost leadership—a "Two Leading" competitive strategy that ensures success. Chen emphasized that B&M Technology must prioritize innovation-driven breakthroughs, embrace globalization and high-end differentiation, and commit to extreme manufacturing as critical paths to growth. Furthermore, based on technological insights and strategic planning, he proposed five key strategies: large cylindrical battery development, solid-state battery advancements, human-like robotics and eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) integration, high-end traction, global layout, and enhancement of corporate soft power.
