On August 10th, Ji Junmin, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, and his delegation, accompanied by Shen Jianhua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Jiaxing Municipal People's Congress, and leaders of Tongxiang City, including Yu Huiyou, Pan Chuandi and Dai Jianguo, came to Tongxiang to investigate the work of grassroots people's congresses, and visited deputies of national and provincial people's congresses.  

Ji Junmin and his delegation investigated Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Industry Co., Ltd. and visited Chen Xuehua, deputy to the National People's Congress. For more than 2 decades, Huayou based in Tongxiang , landed in Quzhou, built in Guangxi, expanded to Chengdu, took root in Africa, developed to Indonesia, laid out in Europe with one step at a time. At present, the total amount of lithium cathode materials and new cobalt materials of the company ranks among the top in the world. 

At the subsequent symposium, Chen Xuehua, Deputy of the National People's Congress, as well as the Chairman of Huayou, introduced the development course, industrial structure, development advantages and production process of the company. Ji Junmin was excited about the innovative achievements made by the company, and praised the leaders of the company for their hard work. He said that it is necessary to give full play to the role of professional deputies. Deputies should deeply cultivate in their professional fields, actively perform their duties to accelerate the development, and practice the "Eight-Eight Strategy" with practical results. He also stated that the work of people's congresses should be meticulous, active and front-line, so as to enhance the sense of responsibility, belonging and honor of deputies, and provide assistance for Zhejiang private enterprises to demonstrate their responsibilities accelerate the construction of a new development pattern.
